Hot off the heels of the successful Jaecoo 7, the Jaecoo 5 launches into the UK with great expectation. It promises to pack features and technology into a practical, and familiar, affordable package.

The interior features a waterfall design incorporating a 13.2" touchscreen, which offers wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto.

The Jaecoo 5 is offered as a petrol 1.6l or as an all electric BEV, whilst being offered in two trim levels; PURE & LUXURY. The Luxury package is set to be the most popular trim, as it combines all the available technology into one trim level. The electric 5 boasts 248 miles of claimed range from its 61kwh battery. Acceleration is brisk for its class, at 7.5 seconds to 62mph.

Prices start at £24,505 for an entry level petrol model, meanwhile top of the range Luxury electric variants are priced just over £30,000. All Jaecoo models in the UK are offered with a 7 year/100k mile warranty.
