It is rare for a new car to be launched in 2026, especially a coupe in a market domianted by crossovers and SUVs. The new Honda Prelude stands out not only through its design and body style. It provides a glimpse into a previously popular sector within the car market, the personal coupe. The Prelude borrows the powertrain from the Honda Civic Hybrid, with the suspension being pinched from the spicier Civic Type R. The end result is an engaging to drive car, which can return decent real world fuel economy figures. Check out the video on the CarsofGlasgow YouTube channel to see how I got on with my first drive of the new Honda Prelude.
