Hello hello and welcome to the Bentley Bentayga 'First Edition'. This Bentayga showcases a 6.0l W12 engine whilst being the first SUV from Bentley. It shares its underpinnings with other Volkswagen group products, such as the VW Touraeg and Porsche Cayenne. However, between the unique powerplant and decadent interior the Bentayga stands out from its sister products. The First Edition includes a host of features, such as acoustic glass, keyless entry, soft close doors and electric blinds for the rear.

It is not often that I get the  opportunity to experience a W12, with the modern world moving towards electrification. This Bentley uses a 6.0 litre W12 petrol engine producing 616 bhp and 590 lb ft of torque. Power goes through a ZF 8 speed transmission and is delivered to all four wheels. The pace of this Bentley is impressive as it can reach 60 mph in under 4.5 seconds whilst achieving a top speed north of 200mph. Around town the air suspension makes easy work of the pot hole ridden roads and passengers are cocooned from the outside world.

This particular car is fitted with the Mulliner package, that adds the quilted leather seats as well as other bespoke options. The interior of the Flying Spur is comprised of high quality materials, with a leather lined head liner and real wood on the dash. Even the air vents are made from metal and have a weight feel when you interact with it.
